These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the wen588 platform, website and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by wen588 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). The Platform is an English-language online gaming information and services platform primarily targeting users in Pakistan and internationally.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform or making any deposit or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any funds determined to have been obtained in breach of these Terms.
Proving that you are 18+ (or the higher required minimum) is not merely a formality — it is a legal and ethical requirement. We will verify age as part of the KYC process, and any Account opened by a person under the required minimum age will be closed immediately, with all deposits and winnings held pending investigation.
When registering for an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Registration typically requires: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a chosen username and password. You may be asked for additional information at any point to comply with KYC, AML or responsible gambling obligations.

Submitting falsified or manipulated documents is a serious offence.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether intentional or accidental — all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and any winnings held pending investigation. If you believe a duplicate has been created in error, contact support immediately.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
wen588 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Maintenance windows, technical issues or regulatory requirements may necessitate temporary service interruptions. wen588 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during open wagers or live events, except where such losses result directly from wen588's gross negligence.
All deposits must be made using payment methods that you own and that are listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Third-party deposits — payments originating from a payment method not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the Account being reviewed.
The availability of specific payment methods (which may include but is not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or cryptocurrency such as BTC and USDT) is subject to change at any time at the Operator's discretion. The reference to these payment brands is contextual only — none of these providers endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with wen588 or any gambling service. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment provider permits the intended transaction type under that provider's own terms and conditions.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. Illustrative examples such as "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit" used elsewhere on this Platform are for informational purposes only and are subject to change.
Deposits may be accepted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR/Rs) or other supported currencies as listed in the cashier. Currency conversion where applicable will be processed at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. The Operator is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions and may only be processed once all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by payment method, KYC status and internal review requirements. The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any withdrawal request without limitation as to duration, particularly where AML, fraud prevention or regulatory compliance considerations apply.
wen588 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets and promotional offers ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the individual terms applicable to each offer, which will be set out in the promotional materials. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless individual terms expressly state otherwise.
All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying bets). Not all games or bet types may contribute equally to wagering requirements — consult the individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. Expiry periods are displayed in the individual promotion terms.
wen588 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reverse bonus amounts and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, collusion with other accounts, or creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses. This determination is at the Operator's sole discretion.
Any offer amounts referenced elsewhere on this Platform (such as "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples provided for educational purposes only. Actual promotional terms, amounts and availability are subject to change at any time. The Operator makes no guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time.
All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game or event. These rules are accessible within the Platform's relevant sport or game section and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software interfaces, audio and video materials — is the intellectual property of wen588 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce or distribute any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any wen588 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wen588 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.
wen588's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by wen588's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Help Center. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements.
wen588 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited purposes; (c) regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require such action; or (d) the continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform or other users.
In the event of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, wen588 may forfeit any balance in the Account, including Real Money Balances, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, which may not be Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable Pakistani law. wen588 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
wen588 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
